Mary Mae Grim, age 42 a resident of Sand Run Road, Philippi passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Broaddus Hospital ER. She was born June 13, 1973 in Philippi, a daughter of Charles A. Grim and Farren Fae (Knotts) Grim who survive at Sand Run Road. Surviving are- One daughter, Lucy Grim of Sand Run Road, Philippi One son Daniel Paul McCord, Jr. of Clarksburg One brother, Charles A. Grim, Jr. of Huntington, WV One granddaughter Kirstin Browning She was preceded in death by one son, Daniel Roscoe McCord. Ms. Grim was a homemaker Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 9:00 am-2:00 pm the service hour with Pastor David Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Jerusalem Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Wright Funeral Home toward funeral expenses.
