Robert Keith Skidmore, age 46, a resident of Rt. 2 Philippi passed away Wednesday April 6, 2011 in Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born December 29, 1964 in Painesville, OH a son of Tom and Ricki (Gall) Skidmore who survive. Also surviving: One daughter: Angel Skidmore of Fairport Harbor, OH Three brothers: David Skidmore and wife Christine of Concord Township, OH Gary Skidmore and wife Jean of Jefferson, OH Kelley Skidmore of Milford, OH He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Brooks and Marie Gall, and Nestor Lee and Gladys Skidmore. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday April 8, from 6-8 pm and on Saturday April 9, from 12-2 pm the service hour. Mr. Skidmore request for cremation will be honored and will follow the service on Saturday.
