Annabell Lucy Robinson, age 72, a resident of Anglin Run Philippi passed away Saturday October 22, 2011 at the home of her daughter Jessie "Sis" Tacy. She was born April 16, 1939 in Barbour Co. a daughter of the late William "Bill" and Edith Gertrude (Belle) Wolfe. Surviving are: Three daughters; Mary Robinson Jessie " Sis" Tacy both of Philippi Annie Darnell and husband John of Belington Three sons; Clarence "Dink" Robinson and wife Linda of Moatsville Joseph "Joe" Gene Robinson and wife Stephanie of Columbus, OH Rick Robinson and wife Billie of Elkins Two sisters; Pearl Montgomery of Philippi Mary Clingman of Carrollton One brother; Floyd Wolfe of Belington 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren Ms. Robinson was preceded in death by her former husband Billy Gene Robinson, two sons Billie Junior Robinson and William Buddy Robinson, and several brothers and sisters. Ms. Robinson was a caregiver, she liked to crochet, go camping, reading her bible and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Silent Grove Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday October 24, from 5-8 pm and on Tuesday October 25, from 8 am - 2 pm the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Crossroads Cemetery at Tacy.
