Beverly Anne Runner, age 48, a resident of Galloway, WV passed away Wednesday October 19, 2011 at her residence. She was born June 5, 1963 in Clarksburg, WV a daughter of the late Frank Stier and Leah (Stackpole) Stier who survives at Berryburg Rd. Philippi. Also surviving is One son: Brian Moats of Flemington One sister: Judy Metzgar and husband George of Philippi Ms. Runner worked as a newspaper carrier for the WV Times and the USA Today. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday November 7, from 1-2 pm. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm with Rev. Jon Villers officiating.
