Rickey Lee Mayle, age 55, a resident of Philippi passed away Monday November 28, 2011 in the Broaddus Hospital Emergency Room. He was born August 11, 1956 in Barbour Co. a son of the late Columbus "Bob" and Hallie Mae (Croston) Mayle. He was united in marriage on May 7, 1988 to Peggy J. (Campbell) Mayle who survives. Also surviving One daughter: Mandi Leigh Mayle of Philippi Two sisters: Toni Rose Barnett of Rt. 2 Philippi Jacqueline Elaine Croston of Maple Ave. Philippi Three brothers: Timothy Taz Mayle of East Canton, OH Jospeh Allen Mayle Christopher C. Mayle both of Philippi Rickey was preceded in death by two brothers: Bruce and Marcus Dean Mayle. He worked as a EMT for the Barbour County Emergency Squad for 26 years. He enjoyed shooting pool, attending yard sales and Flea Markets. Rickey was a member of the Silent Grove Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Wednesday November 30 from 5-8 pm on Thursday December 1, from 8 am- 8 pm and on Friday December 2, from 8 am- 2 pm the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley and Speaker Lewis Bartlett officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Hill Cemetery.
