Billy was a true good Samaritan who did so much for so many and was glad to do so. I will forever cherish the memories of the times we spent together And was proud to have known him and call him my friend.My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Bill will always hold a special place in my heart, and soul. He gave me a gift in April of 2019 that will always remind me of the good in people. The world was a better place with men such as him and we will all miss him
