Timothy Richard Allen, age 62, a resident of Clemtown Community, Philippi passed away Monday March 28, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family. Tim was born November 4, 1959 in Warren, OH a son of Carl W. and Shelby Jean (Mayle) Allen who survive at home. Tim was united in marriage to Sondra (Johnson) Allen who survives. Also surviving is step daughter Stephanie Shoemaker and husband Casey of Keyser, step grandchildren, Ashland and Dirk Shoemaker of Keyser Brothers, Carl E. Allen and wife Kimberly, Michael Allen all of Clemtown Community K-9 companion, Peanut. Tim worked as a carpenter, he enjoyed fishing and playing baseball. In honor of Tim’s request cremation will be honored and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
