Nancy Phipps, age 68, a resident of Buckhannon, passed away Sunday May 8, 2022 in the Morgantown Health and Rehab Center. Nancy was born July 31, 1953 in Charleston, WV a daughter of the late Charles Ball Jr. and Nina Lou (Hawkins) Ball. Surviving is sister, Peggy Stutler and husband Bob of Tucson, AZ. Nephews, Brad Stutler and wife Tanja of Martinsville, WV, Robert Stutler, Jr, and wife Lora of Tucson, AZ. Great nieces and nephews, Sarah, Stacey, Shawn, Shelby, Lorin, Kristen, and Megan. Special neighbor Michael Winter of Buckhannon. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents as well as sister, Judy Ann Ball, and brother, Robert Ball. Nancy worked as a cashier for Sheetz in Buckhannon. In honor of Nancy’s request cremation will be honored.
