So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. In high school, I remember him as very polite, mannerly, intelligent, and friendly to even a girl from Galloway. May The Lord give comfort to his family, especially his children.

Best remenberance of Phil was when we were in high school. Phil was a great athlete and loved basketball. He could be a gentleman when appropriate and a nut case when he wanted to be. I'm sure he is missed by his family and close friends. Safe journey Phil...
