Mrs. Thacker was my teacher at Philippi High School and an inspiration to many students. I am saddened to hear of her passing. I am remembering the family in my prayers at this time.
My sincere condolences to Mary Ellen, Victor, and the Thacker family. Mrs. Thacker was always a favorite teacher
of mine. She certainly lived a long and happy life. RIP
