S.K. Joe was an amazing man. From the time that I joined Amaranth S.K. Joe was supportive, loving, encouraging, and willing to do whatever was asked. Although I cannot make it to the funeral, I will be thinking of you, Betty, and hope that the Amaranth family will truly remember Joe as the best of all of us! I will keep him sweet in my memory!!
