Reta Mae Mayle, age 60, a resident of Elk St. Philippi passed away Thursday August 4, 2016 in West Penn Burn Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was born August 24, 1955 in Philippi, a daughter of the late Ralph and Eloise V. (Mayle) Kennedy. Surviving are; Three daughters, Tiffany Clevenger and husband Ralph of Grafton Stacy Mayle of Philippi Eloise “Tiger” Kyle and husband James of Weston Two sisters, Carolyn Sue Mayle and husband Jeffrey of Moatsville Edna Croston and husband Harter of Philippi Three brothers, Keith Mayle of Virginia Michael Mayle and wife Denise of Canton, Oh Franklin Kennedy and wife Abby of Moatsville Four grandchildren, Aubri and Sean Moser, Mason Caufield, Sevin Smith Reta was preceded in death by brother, Ralph Mayle Jr., sister Connie Elaine Mayle, and step-father, Hans Kennedy. Reta was a homemaker and she volunteered at Family Resource Network in Philippi. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday August 8, from 4-8 pm and on Tuesday August 9, from 8 am- 2 pm the service hour with Pastor Ruston Seaman officiating. Interment will follow in the Welch Cemetery.
