Arley L. Cook, age 84, a resident of Rosewood Nursing in Grafton and a former resident of Flemington passed away Sunday December 18, 2016. He was born April 14, 1932 in Lost Creek a son of the late Ernest and Elsie (Lantz) Cook. He was preceded in death by his companion of 7 years Linda Rae McKinney, also three brothers Ralph, Russell, Albert Cook, and sister, Lillian Shoulders. Surviving is one step daughter, Crystal Ball of Simpson Multiple nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews Arley enjoyed gardening, being outdoors especially at his camp at Teter Lake, and traveling. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Wednesday December 21, from 5-8 pm and on Thursday December 22, from 8 am – 1 pm the service hour with Rev. Louis Sandy officiating. Interment will follow in the Bridgeport Cemetery.
