Nancy Jo Mars, age 75, a resident of Fairborn, OH passed away Sunday March 5, 2107 in Fairborn, OH. She was born May 18, 1941 in Flemington, WV a daughter of the late Orsie and Irene (Booth) Bise. Surviving is Daughter, Tracey Jo Rickey and husband Shawn of Fairborn, OH Son, Joe Mars and wife Melissa of Philippi Five step-children Sisters, Icie Takacs of Galloway Elizabeth Ann Phillips of Philippi Grandchildren, Joseph Farris, and Morgan Clymer and husband, Kenny Step grand-children, Paige Moats, and Madison Moats Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Jacob Burke, four brothers, John Bise, Bill Bise, Pete Bise, Van Bise. Nancy worked at Alderson-Broaddus College in the housekeeping department. She was a member of the Galloway Senior Citizen, she loved playing bingo, and socializing with friends. Nancy also volunteered at Broaddus Hospital. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday March 11, from 11am- 2 pm the service hour with Rev.
