Vivian Marsh, age 67, a resident of Belington for the past six years, passed away Tuesday April 18, 2017 in Davis Medical Center. She was born September 3, 1948 in Philippi, a daughter of the Wilford D. Marsh Sr. who survives and the late Audrey Geraldine (Auvil) Marsh, and step mother Eleanor “Jeanie” (Cleavenger) Marsh. Surviving are: Two sisters, Judith Boylen Melinda Strait and husband David both of Philippi Two brothers, Wilford Marsh Jr. and wife Eleanor of Philippi Thomas Marsh of Parsons Special friend, Phil Sandy of Philippi Several nieces, nephews and extended family Vivian was preceded in death by grandparents, Wayne and Ruth Auvil, and Creed and Lelah Marsh. Vivian was a homemaker. She enjoyed working puzzles, listening to music, playing basketball, crocheting, and playing bingo. She attended the Silent Grove Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi, on Friday April 21, from 6-8 pm and on Saturday April 22, from 8- 11 am the service hour with Speaker Lewis Bartlett officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Valley Cemetery.
