My dear friend and comrade,, it has been a few years since i met you and got to share your memories of your service time, you was always a great inspiration to me and i always looked forward to your guidance when it came to servicing and honoring our veterans, I shall never forget you Howard, go forth now my friend and rest in eternal honored peace, you have accomplished your mission with great honor, may we go forward following the highest standards you have set before us.
