Tillie H. Hicks age 94 a resident of Rt. 4 Buckhannon Audra Park Community passed away Thursday, April 16, 2009 in Mansfield Place. She was born October 3, 1914 in Braxton Co. a daughter of the late Floyd and Lou Setta (McClain) Spaur. She was united in marriage in January of 1937 to Jay C. Hicks who preceded her in death in March of 1990. Surviving is: One daughter; Patricia J. and husband Dale Mick of Akron, OH One Son; Phillip J. and wife Linda Hicks of Register, GA Eight Grandchildren Seven Great-Grandchildren Five Great-Great Grandchildren Ms. Hicks was a farmer, homemaker and enjoyed sewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Broad Run Cemetery at Jane Lew, WV.
