Willard Whitehair, age 81, a resident of Elk St. Philippi passed away on Thursday June 7, 2018 at his residence. Willard was born June 18, 1936 in Simpson, WV a son of the late Columbus and Bertha (Croston) Whitehair. He was united in marriage on June 28, 1997 to Diane (Kaprosy) Whitehair who survives at home. Willard was a laborer for Joe Corbi’s Wholesale Pizza in Darnestown, MD. He enjoyed fishing, and was Pentecostal by faith.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday June 10, from 3-8 pm and on Monday June 11, from 8 am- 2 pm the service hour with Rev. Ezik Norris officiating. Interment will follow in the Simpson Cemetery.
