Obituary of Garret Bradley Seech
Garret Bradley Seech, age 21, of Philippi, WV went home to be with the lord on October 12, 2018. Garret was born July 25, 1997 at Fort Carson, Co. Garret spent his entire childhood as a military brat. Moving across the country with his family. Garret thus lived in Fort Carson CO, Philippi WV, Fort Hood TX, Fort Bragg NC, Schofield Barracks HI, and Fort Riley KS where he made countless friends.
Garret graduated from Philip Barbour High School, where he ran Cross Country and Swam in 2015. He was in his fourth year of studies at West Virginia Wesleyan College, where he was studying nursing and worked at the Wellness Center. During his summers he worked as a lifeguard at the Philippi City Pool and as a nurse technician at UHC.
Garret was joyful and vibrant soul that liked to play pranks and joke around with his friends and family. He loved listening to music, dancing, swimming, and going to the beach. His smile and laughter will be greatly missed by his loved ones.
Garret is survived by his mother and father, Kimberly (Weaver) and Jacob Seech, his brother, Hunter Seech, grandparents Robert ad Nancy Stewart, Sue Weaver, Jeff and Connie Seech, great-grandfather, Ernie Seech and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Weaver.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Tuesday October 16, from 3-8 pm and on Wednesday October 17, from 8-11am the service hour with Rev. Michael Rexroad officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
