Junior, Debbie, and family;
We are so sorry for the loss of Bill. As growing up in North Philippi, kids got to know kids a lot better. We played different kinds of games, ate at different kids house, and even knew who you could hang with and who not to hang with. But as for Bill and the other boys they just jumped in and started playing.
Bill will be missed by all that knew him. He was a great guy. God watch over his family and friends during this difficult time.4Lh4d
