Gertrude was a sweet lady. I worked with her at JB's restaurant in 1986 and 1987. She will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. My sympathies go out to the family. May God bless you and hold you in His arms to comfort each of you.

My mom, Freda Williamson, and myself all knew Gertrude. We worked with her at Mellie's Restaurant for several years in Philippi. She was a wonderful and caring lady. Our Condolences and prayers,to all the family. May God Bless you all and keep them safe as they travel to and from Philippi.
