Dave was my great-great-uncle and I'm so sad to see him gone. I would visit him more than once every year in Philippi WV in his group home.The workers there were all super nice to him and I'm so grateful for that because he was such a sweet man. I also wanted to mention he fought for our country and should be respected greatly. I'm sorry for all the people that were put through trauma because of this including myself. Thank you to all the people that were along his side in his beautiful, beautiful life. Rest in peace.
We loved Dave. He was a wonderful brother in law and a brave vetran to parachute into the unknown in WWII. He was so good to the Mouser family helping whenever he could in the hay fields and whatever needed done. God Bless you Dave and your family. RIP.
