This saddens me greatly. Roy and Judy are wonderful roll models not only to thier family but to others in the community. Proof of this is simply look at the fruit of his life. His children are remarkable citizens, parents, friends and christains. I hope you know how much he will be missed and how many people he touch. God Speed Roy

Roy and Judy were like grandparents to us growing up. Living across from them during my childhood was like living next to family. There is not one memory but many that come to mind. When I think about my childhood home, it always reminds me of Roy and Judy. It may be remembering Roy’s little dog, Hooch, our raccoon, my rabbit that he nicknamed Volkswagen (never remembered its other name after that), him getting cantaloupe from our garden or both families working together to dig up potatoes it always brings a smile to my face and gives me a comfort of home.
Each of you are in my thoughts and prayers and I send each of you my love.

So sorry for your loss. Roy was one of the good guys! His sense of humor was incredible. I enjoyed watching Wesleyan basketball with Roy when his grandson, Jason Westfall, played for the Cat’s for 4 years. I also enjoyed playing golf with Roy and Jim Saver at Philippi Country Club. Roy was a joy to be with and know. I enjoyed his stories when he played for AB. He was a phenomenal athlete but a better person. Prayers go out for his great family.

Can’t help but think of all the smiles Roy put on my face. Such a wonderful man and family. My condolences to his wife and daughters, and grand babies. You lost a one and only, but heaven gained a one and only. RIP Roy.

I was so saddened to hear of Roy's passing -- he was a good friend and we had a lot of good times together on the golf course - sometimes we even won! Sadly old age caught up with both of us but I cherish the time we spent together and thank God for friends like Roy. I will truly miss him. May God bless and comfort each of you at this sad time and in the days ahead.

We could always count on Roy to tell us a very funny story about his adventures and life events. He was so easy going that nothing seemed to rile him up, although we tried on many occasions.
I enjoyed our hunting and the few golf rounds we got to play. Even when my golf game had tanked during a round it was Roy who would tell one of his belly laughable yarns and suddenly the golf game somehow didn't seem to matter any longer.
Although we have not seen Roy for many years just the thought that he was there seemed enough. We will miss his presence and we will always continue to talk about how wonderful he was to our kids as they were growing up and of course continue to pass amongst ourselves those wonderful true stories he so eloquently told. All our love; The Murison's, John, Judy, Annette, Robin, Christy.

The Bush Family. What a great gentleman. He always had a smile, a quick wit, what a jokester. I enjoyed many long chats over the years. He loved his family just beamed when talking sports or how each was growing up. Some fabulous times on the golf courses. He loved the Lord and wasn’t shy about bringing him up. I wish I could hug each of you but maybe at a later time. I know him and mike are stride for stride walking those golden streets in Heaven. May each of you find comfort in this tough time. God bless all of you!

My heart is broken in hearing that Roy has passed. He was one great man. I have many wonderful memories of our conversations shared over the 13 yrs that we were neighbors. Always had a smile, maybe some advise, and a chuckle over my "gardening techniques". My love and prayers for comfort to Judy and all the family. Rest in Peace Mr. Bush.
